RAINDROP TO CHANGE NAME TO TORRENT GOLD

Vancouver, British Columbia – April 25, 2022 – Raindrop Ventures Inc. (CSE.RAYN) (FSE: RV0)

(“Raindrop” or the “Company”) announces that its board of directors has approved a corporate rebranding and change of name to “Torrent Gold Inc.” Effective at the opening of markets on April 28, 2022, the common shares of the Company will commence trading under the new name and the new ticker symbol “TGLD”.

There has been no change in corporate structure in connection with the name change. The CUSIP for the common shares of the Company has changed to 89141H105.
